It is considered that every customer who is a member of our website and makes purchases has read and accepted all articles of the sales contract concluded by us below without any further notice!

 My Transfer Tour reserves the right to change any conditions and information available on the website, including the terms of the contract, without prior notice.

1. Languages ​​used:

1.1. The website https://www.mytransfers.ru  provides services in Turkish, Russian and English and the Turkish language will be the basis for disputes and misunderstandings that may arise during this service process.

2. Service

2.1. My Transfer Tour https://www.mytransfers.ru  is a service intermediary between a seller and a buyer, as well as an intermediary between parties who buy and provide services to individual and group clients.

2.2. Under this sales contract, the buyer who purchases the service takes the position of the seller and the service provider is considered to have assumed responsibility.

2.3. This sales contract is a contract between a buyer (the user who buys the service on the Internet) and the buyer (the company that actually provides the service) and is deemed to have been accepted by the parties. My Transfer Tour is not responsible for any disputes arising here related to the services.

2.4. The buyer declares that he has read and studied the main characteristics of the service provided for in the contract, the sale price and the method of payment, as well as all preliminary information about the service and has provided the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.

2.5. My Transfer Tour accepts responsibility for compelling reasons and obstacles due to weather and natural phenomena that impede transportation, delays due to incorrect flight information entered into the system, accidents, injuries, illnesses, hospital costs, additional costs service and transportation that may arise for this reason, material and moral losses.

2.6. If the Seller is unable to provide the service due to force majeure circumstances, the BUYER may use one of the rights to cancel the order regardless of the general cancellation rules or to postpone the provision of the service in accordance with the contract until the obstacle is removed.

If the BUYER cancels the order in accordance with the specified conditions, the amount paid is paid within 3 days to the account from which the payment was made.

2.7. My Transfer Tour may subcontract to provide this service. Under certain conditions, this may be done by another company or third parties, institutions or organizations from which it receives services on a contractual basis.

3. Service procurement process:

3.1. My Transfer Tour sells transport services of service providers https://www.mytransfers.ru

3.2. After providing the service under this contract, if the relevant banks or financial institutions do not pay the cost of the My Transfer Tour product due to unfair or illegal use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons, and not through the fault of the BUYER, provided that the service was provided. BUYER agrees in advance to make a new payment to My Transfer Tour account within three (3) business days.

3.3. The transfer voucher belonging to My Transfer Tour must be shown to the service provider during the purchase of the service, and the information for the reverse transfer must be checked, if there are any errors, they must be corrected, this responsibility lies with the Buyer.

3.4. The Buyer is solely responsible for determining the time of return, determining the meeting place.

3.5. The buyer is solely responsible for the accurate and complete recording of flight information in the fields of the system.

3.6. My Transfer Tour is not responsible for the delay of passengers on the plane or bus due to incomplete or incorrect flight information specified by the buyer during the booking through the system, the responsibility rests entirely with the buyer.

3.7. The buyer monitors the departure time of the flight or bus and is obliged to provide a contact email address or telephone number in case of any changes.

My Transfer Tour assumes no responsibility for delays that may occur if there is no notification. In this case, the responsibility lies entirely with the buyer.

3.8. We advise all of our clients to read this agreement carefully.

4. Responsibility for payment:

4.1 My Transfer Tour provides the infrastructure for the most secure shopping experience with the required SSL security certificates for credit card payments. credit card payments are illegal. is not responsible for completed transactions.

5. Cancellation - Changes:

5.1. If a situation arises that requires cancellation of the order, you must complete the cancellation on the website. All cases of cancellation of orders should be reported to the email address of My Transfer Tour [email protected] by email. Upon notification of cancellation 6 hours before the provision of the transfer service, the entire cost of the service is refunded to the Buyer. Upon notification of cancellation less than 6 hours before the provision of the transfer service, the Buyer will be refunded 70% of the cost of the service. In case of cancellation, notified after the plane has already landed, the Buyer will be refunded 30% of the service cost.

5.2. All changes are made through the website https://www.mytransfers.ru offered by My Transfer Tour and should be notified to [email protected] by email. If changes are made on the site 12 hours before the provision of the service, then you do not need to additionally notify about this. Changes that are introduced on the site less than 12 hours before the provision of the service require additional notifications from the Buyer by e-mail or by phone on WhatsApp

6. Responsibilities:

6.1. Since My Transfer Tour sells the product of a service provider, My Transfer Tour does not accept any responsibility for product defects and is not an interlocutor.

6.2. My Transfer Tour is not responsible for lost items, additional expenses, delay, accident, injury, missed flight due to force majeure, customers being late for meeting transport, additional hospital expenses, living expenses, additional transportation costs. The supplier's insurance company is responsible for the insurance. Thus, the employees, managers and representatives of My Transfer Tour are not directly responsible in these cases.

6.3. The buyer is obliged to fill in the necessary fields on the website with information about the transfer and services and is obliged to fill in and indicate the meeting time, meeting point, departure time (you must be at the airport at least 1.5 hours for domestic flights, at least 2.5 hours for international flights). When calculating the duration of the transfer service, the Buyer is responsible for delays that may arise due to issues such as the place and time of departure, and cannot demand a refund, material and moral damages in these situations. All this information is filled in by the Buyer, and the subsequent actions are performed by the recipient of the service.

6.4. Service providers attach great importance to being on time and at the meeting point, but this is not guaranteed as force majeure is possible. In this case, the Seller is obliged to warn the Buyer about the impossibility of being present at the meeting point on time.  Additional costs, additional services and transport costs that may arise in connection with this are not borne by the transport company where the service was ordered.

6.5. For this service, when meeting at the airport, the waiting time on internal lines is no more than 60 minutes. On international flights, it is limited to a maximum of 120 minutes. The maximum waiting time when departing to the airport is 30 minutes, and for group transfers - no more than 10 minutes, starting from the date and time specified by the Buyer when ordering. In the event of a passenger being late, the Buyer cannot claim any rights, no refund will be made.

6.6. The responsibility for filling out the transfer information on the website lies with the Buyer, and the responsibility for being late, inability to receive an additional service, or being late for the airline's flight because of this information is the buyer's responsibility.

6.7. Information about the transfer and services is filled in by the Buyer and the service provider is not responsible for the fact that the hotel and the address are incorrect and for this reason, transport may be delayed. Additional costs of transportation and service, which may arise for this reason, are also borne by the Buyer.

6.8. The service provider provides services in the specified vehicle category, but this is never guaranteed, therefore the service provider reserves the right to change the type and category of the vehicle to a similar or higher category.

6.9. For clients arriving by plane; The service provider is responsible for keeping track of airline delays, but this is limited to 3 hours. For more than 3 hours delay, contact My Transfer Tour. Waiting times longer than 3 hours may incur additional charges. If the buyer does not accept the terms of the additional payment, the service will not be provided.

6.10. In the case of a return transfer, the Buyer's waiting time at the meeting point (hotel-address-home) is limited to 30 minutes. A customer who does not arrive during this period will lose their eligibility for service and no refund will be issued.

6.11. Responsibility for all vehicles that will be used for the specified services rests with the service provider, as well as vehicles, legal obligations and powers that have been fulfilled.

7. Changes to the content in the contract and on the website.

7.1. My Transfer Tour reserves the right to make changes to all articles in this contract, as well as to the price and information on the website, and may make these changes at any time; users are deemed to have accepted these changes without further notice.

7.2. My Transfer Tour As a result of breach of contract, negligence or other reasons, transaction interruption, error, negligence, interruption, deletion, loss, transaction or communication delay, computer virus, communication error, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to the record, is not responsible for their modification or use.

7.3. My Transfer Tour agrees that it will not use the terms of this contract for illegal illegal activities and the user is deemed to have accepted these terms by using the website or receiving services. In the performance of this contract, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in the settlement of My Transfer Tour are authorized for the amount declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
