Refund Policy Upon Arrival
- If a situation arises that requires cancellation of your order upon arrival in the country where the service is provided, you must submit a cancellation form on the website via your personal account. All cancellations must be reported to My Transfer & Tour by email at info@mytransfers.ru.
- If you receive a cancellation notice 12 hours before the transfer service, the full cost of the service will be refunded to the Buyer.
- If you receive a cancellation notice less than 12 hours but no later than 6 hours before the transfer service, you will receive a 70% refund.
- If you receive a cancellation notice less than 6 hours before the transfer service, you will receive a 30% refund.
- If you receive a cancellation notice less than 2 hours before the transfer service, the cost of the service will not be refunded to the Buyer.

- If a situation arises that requires cancellation of your order upon departure, you must submit a cancellation form on the website via your personal account. All cancellations must be notified to My Transfer & Tour by email at info@mytransfers.ru.
- If cancellation is received 12 hours before the transfer service, the full cost of the service will be refunded to the Buyer.
- If cancellation is received less than 12 hours but no later than 6 hours before the transfer service, the Buyer will receive a 70% refund.
- If cancellation is received less than 6 hours before the transfer service, the Buyer will receive a 30% refund.
- If cancellation is received less than 2 hours before the transfer service, the cost of the service will not be refunded.
