Refund Policy
If a situation arises that requires cancellation of the order, you must complete the cancellation on the website. All cases of cancellation of orders should be reported to the email address of My Transfer Turizm Taşımacılık [email protected].
Upon notification of cancellation 12 hours before the provision of the transfer service, the entire cost of the service is refunded to the Buyer.
Upon notification of cancellation less than 12 hours before the provision of the transfer service, the Buyer will be refunded 70% of the cost of the service.
In case of cancellation notified after the plane has already landed, the Buyer will be refunded 30% of the service cost.
