Airport Pickup Information
• Antalya Airport (AYT) Terminal 2 - A company representative will meet you outside. Upon exiting the airport building, turn immediately left. You will see our representative there holding a sign with the information you provided when placing your order.
• Istanbul Airport (IST) - Outside. Exit from Gate 14 and immediately turn left to the Q7 sign.
• Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) - Outside. Walk between columns 12 and 13 along the pedestrian crossing and approach the GUIDE 01 sign.
• Izmir Airport (ADB) - Outside. Exit from Gate "B"
• Other airports: A company representative will meet you outside the airport building with a sign with the information you provided when placing your order.
• Passport control, baggage claim, etc. If your wait time is longer than 1 hour, please notify us by calling +90 552 460 9 460 (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram). You can use the free Wi-Fi at the airport.
• If we do not receive your information, the waiting time at the airport is 1.5 hours. After this time, the transfer is considered completed and no refund will be issued. The maximum free waiting time at the airport after the flight lands is 1.5 hours.
• If you do not see your meeting person upon exiting the airport building, immediately call +90 552 460 9 460 (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) and remain there until our representative approaches you.
• The waiting time upon departure is 15 minutes for individual transfers and 5 minutes for group transfers. After this time, the right to use the service is lost and the transfer is considered completed.
Transportation
• Our staff monitors your flight's arrival time and will provide your reserved car upon your actual arrival.
• The maximum free waiting time at the airport after the flight's actual landing is 1.5 hours.
• Our staff does NOT monitor your return flight time. Customers are responsible for monitoring their departure time and reporting any changes by calling +90 552 460 9 460 (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram), and editing their departure time in their personal account.
• Our company is NOT responsible for any missed flights unless changes are made to your order in advance through your personal account and notified by calling +90 552 460 9 460 (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram).
• Changes to your return flight time, or notification of changes without loss of funds, must be made no later than 24 hours before departure.
What should I do if the airline changes the departure date or time?
• If you become aware of this change 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time, you must change the details by editing your order on the website through your personal account, entering the new information.
• If there are less than 12 hours left before the service, please contact us via WhatsApp at +90 552 460 9 460, notify us of the change, provide your voucher number, and agree on a new time for the transfer. Then, change the new details on the website through your personal account.
