• Antalya Airport – Domestic Terminal: Our representative will meet you outside the airport building, holding a sign displaying the meeting text you provided when making your reservation.
• Istanbul Airport (IST): Exit the airport building through Exit No. 13 and proceed to the Q7 sign outside. Our representative will meet you there.
• Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW): After exiting the airport building, cross the pedestrian crossing and turn left. Continue until you reach the building marked “TURSAB MEETING POINT”. Inside the building, proceed to the “GUIDE 01” sign.
• Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB): Exit the airport building through Exit “B”. Our representative will meet you outside.
• Other airports: Our representative will meet you outside the airport building at the exit, holding a sign displaying the meeting text you provided when making your reservation.

Important Information

• If passport control, baggage collection, or other airport procedures take more than 1 hour, please contact us immediately at +90 552 460 9 460 via WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, or MAX. You may use the free Wi-Fi available at the airport to contact us.
• If we do not receive any information from you, the maximum free waiting time at the airport is 1.5 hours. After this period, the transfer will be considered completed and no refund will be issued. The maximum free waiting time is 1.5 hours from the actual landing time of the aircraft.
• If you do not see our representative after exiting the airport building, please contact us at +90 552 460 9 460 via WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, or MAX, and remain at your location until our representative comes to you.
• For departure transfers, the vehicle waiting time is 15 minutes for private transfers and 5 minutes for group transfers. After this period, the right to use the service is forfeited and the transfer will be considered completed.

• Our staff monitor your flight's arrival time and arrange the vehicle you have booked according to the actual landing time of your flight.
• The maximum free waiting time at the airport is 1.5 hours from the actual landing time of the aircraft.
• Our staff do not monitor your return flight time. You are responsible for monitoring your departure time and informing us of any changes at +90 552 460 9 460 via WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, or MAX. You must also update your departure time through your personal account on our website.
• Our company is not responsible for missed flights if the necessary changes have not been made in advance through your personal account and the changes have not been communicated to us at +90 552 460 9 460.
• To make or notify us of changes to your return flight time without losing the transfer fee, the changes must be made or communicated at least 24 hours before departure.

• If you are informed of the change 24 hours or more before the scheduled transfer service, please log in to your personal account on our website, edit your reservation, and enter the new flight details.
• If there are less than 12 hours remaining before the scheduled transfer service, please contact us at +90 552 460 9 460 via WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, or MAX. Provide your voucher number, inform us of the flight change, and confirm the new transfer time with our team. Afterwards, update the new flight details through your personal account on our website.
