Information about meeting at airports in Turkey
• Antalya Airport (AYT) Terminal 2 - A company representative will meet you outside. When exiting the airport building, you should immediately turn left. There you will see our meeting person holding a sign with the text you specified when placing your order written on it.
• Istanbul Airport (IST) - Outside. You should exit from exit 14 and immediately approach sign Q7 on the left side.
• Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW) - Outside. Walk between columns 12 and 13 along the pedestrian crossing and approach sign GUİDE 01.
• Izmir Airport (ADB) - Outside. You should exit from exit "B".
• Other airports. A company representative will meet you before exiting the airport building with a sign with the text you specified when placing your order written on it.
• Passport control, baggage claim, etc. If it lasts more than 1 hour, please let us know by calling +90 552 460 9 460 (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram). You can use free Wi-Fi at the airport for this.
• If we do not receive information from you, the waiting time at the airport is 1.5 hours. After this time, if we have not been contacted, the transfer is considered completed and the money will not be returned.
• If you do not see your meeting person when leaving the airport building, immediately call +90 552 460 9 460 (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) and stay there until our representative approaches you.
• The waiting time for transport upon departure is 30 minutes for an individual transfer and 10 minutes for a group transfer. After this time, the right to use the service is lost and the transfer is considered completed.
